Event Sponsorship

Sponsorship & Exhibition:

Vendor exhibits will be set up in a single, secure location. Vendors can set up on Sunday, June 24, 2018 between 12-5pm in Bodek Lounge in Houston Hall on the University of Pennsylvania’s campus, 3417 Spruce St, Philadelphia, PA, 19104.  On Wednesday, June 27th, we will move venues to the Singh Center for Nanotechnology at 3205 Walnut St, which is three city blocks from Houston Hall.

Exhibits will be open during the following times:
Monday/Tuesday, June 25/26, 7:00am-6:30pm during all breaks, lunch and PM vendor show.  There will be a vendor show (drinks and appetizers) each evening for 1.5- 2.0 hours in Bodek Lounge.  On Wednesday, we expect lighter attendance at the conference (100-150) and vendors have the option of bringing their displays to the Singh Center for Nanotechnology.

Sponsorship Levels:

Silver Sponsor – $1,000

  • Institution logo on event website, program, and displayed at event
  • Does not include a booth or conference registration

Gold Sponsor – $2,000

Sponsorship at the Gold level demonstrates your support of the UGIM Conference and provides for distribution of product and company literature.

  • Space for a 6’ booth or table-top display (6’ table provided) will be provided in the sponsorship area of the conference venue
  • Gold level recognition in the Conference Guide, and acknowledgement on the UGIM website
  • Included conference registration for one person from your organization
  • Recognition in the opening and closing remarks

 

Platinum Sponsor – $3,000

Platinum level sponsorship demonstrates your realization of the value of the specifically targeted UGIM audience.

  • Space for a 6’ booth or table-top displays (6’ table provided) will be provided in the sponsorship area of conference venue
  • Platinum level recognition on the cover of the Conference Guide, and acknowledgement on the UGIM website
  • Included registration for two people from your organization
  • Recognition in the opening and closing remarks
  • Printed logo on items distributed to registrants – contact us for details

Working Group Sponsorships

    • Space for a 6’ booth or table-top displays (6’ table provided) will be provided in the sponsorship area of conference venue.
    • Platinum level recognition on the cover of the Conference Guide, and acknowledgement on the UGIM website
    • Included registration for two people from your organization
    • Recognition in the opening and closing remarks
    • Printed logo on items distributed to registrants
  • In 2018, we will be providing topic-specific workshops presented by experts in topical areas. These may be vendors, but if vendors apply, they must agree to focus on broad education in the area, as opposed to a sales pitch.
  • You are welcome to actively promote your products during breaks, lunch and of course the evening vendor show.
  • Banquet Sponsor: This year, there will be two evening dinnersSponsorships of the workshops ($5k per topic) will help keep attendees present for one more day by offsetting the costs of the social event dinner. Workshop Sponsors will be attributed as Banquet Sponsors and receive Platinum sponsor benefits as well.

To be considered for a workshop sponsorship, please send a short (<1 page) proposal for your workshop describing the topic and the proposed use of your time. If enough workshop respondents show interest we will expand the workshops.  Please contact Noah Clay (nclay@upenn.edu) for more information.

Terms & Conditions:

As a sponsor, you agree to provide:

  • Cash in the amount indicated for the level of sponsorship of your choice
  • Permission to use logo, artwork, and advertisements in UGIM 2018 marketing materials
  • All materials for the table space in the vendor exhibition, including handouts and table-top displays, as well as staff to manage distribution of company material
  • Print-ready material for advertisement in conference program by April 15, 2018

Exhibition Guidelines include:

  • Nothing may be hung from the ceilings or walls with tape, staples, nails, or by any other means.
  • Electrical power will be limited. Exhibitors must provide their own extension cords and safely secure the same through traffic areas.
  • All room arrangements and moving of furniture must be performed by venue staff. Displays will be limited to the table space provided (6’ tables are available).
  • Two chairs will be provided for each display. If additional chairs are required, they must be requested in advance.
